We’re so sorry you’re not entirely happy with your order. Annoying this bit isn’t it? We’ve tried to keep our returns process simple though, see below or give us a shout if you need any help!

Register your return

Complete the form below within 30 days of receiving your order to register your return with us. You’ll find your order number on your delivery note or original order confirmation.

We'll be in touch

We’ll let you know what’s next. Depending on whether you’re returning faulty, damaged or just unwanted goods, we have specific returns methods which help keep you and our staff safe. For example, if you’re returning chemicals we’ll ensure we put you in touch with the right carrier.

Get your refund

If you need to return the goods you’ll be asked to box them up, preferably in the box we delivered them in (we like saving the planet, so hope you can too). Don’t forget to include the completed returns slip. If you’ve lost it, you can print a new one here. Then, just sit tight and your refund will be on its way to you.
