Product Overview
Mistral® is a desiccant product enhancing the evaporation of the moisture present on floors or bedding. A premium natural litter conditioner with very high drying capacity. It highly reduces bacterial growth, lowers ammonia emissions, supports respiratory functions and reduces stress. Mistral will maintain a dry and healthy environment to ensure animals’ welfare and performance.
It is fully adapted to dry newborn animals after birth to facilitate their warm-up and recovery from delivery. Its soothing smell using a fine selection of Eucalyptus oils and the very soft powder composed of dried and micronized clay, improves the drying power, enhancing young animals performances and reducing animal stress.
Mistral is used for drying boxes and litters, maintaining healthy hooves in ruminants and in dry footbaths as well as in direct contact with animals for skin and mucosa protection and support healing of injuries.
May be used in organic farming.
To use –
• Spread on a litter by hand or mechanically.
• As a dip, mainly for piglets.
• Directly on calves
• By hand around drinkers, feeders and other “hotspots” in poultry production.
• Blown into pigpens and chicken barns, even in the presence of the animals.
