We use APC, Gregory and Palletforce.

If no one is available at the address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, our courier will leave you a note informing you how to either re-arrange delivery or arrange collection from a delivery depot.

This also applies if your order contains age-restricted goods and a person over the age of 18 is not present to sign for the products.
